Lightcourt

For people who work for more than one company

Everything that needs you — from every company you work with. None of them can see each other.

Mail, chat, calendars and work tools from each company stay in their own Space. Lightcourt shows you what needs you across all of them, combined on your device.

Today in the demo: four items need you across Northstar, Studio and Personal, and the schedule marks the conflicts between them.
The week view: events from three Spaces in their own colours, with cross-Space conflicts outlined.

Conflict found on this device Studio’s design review overlaps Northstar’s launch sync

How it works

Set it up once. Every company stays in its own Space.

  1. Give each company its own Space

Connect Northstar’s Microsoft 365 to Northstar, and Studio’s Google Workspace and Slack to Studio. Each Space gets its own key, its own data and its own AI policy.

  2. See what needs you, from all of them

Today, Inbox, Chat and Calendar combine every Space on your device. Each row says who it’s from, which Space and app, and when — so you know where to answer before you open it.

  3. Act without crossing streams

A reply is drafted in the Space it came from and sent from that company’s account, only when you approve it. A new meeting time goes to one company and carries nothing but the time.

Stop checking six apps in four companies

Every company gives you its own inbox, chat and calendar. Lightcourt brings what needs you from each of them into one place, and keeps every company in its own Space.

What needs you, first

Today opens on the few things that need you, from every Space, with the time until your next meeting. Each row says who, which Space and app, and when.

The Needs you list: a Northstar chat from Maya Chen, a Studio meeting change and a Personal form, each with its Space and app.

One inbox. Every channel.

Mail, Slack and Teams from each company in one Inbox. Channels and DMs stay grouped by Space, and a reply always goes out from the Space it came from.

The Inbox with a Studio thread open: the reply’s From line is locked to Studio.
Chat: Studio’s #launch channel, with channels and direct messages listed per Space.

The whole week, every employer

Every calendar in one week, coloured by Space. Overlaps between companies are marked, so you see them before anyone else does.

We don’t copy your calendars.

Other tools put your client’s meetings on your employer’s calendar as Busy blocks. We don’t.

The calendar’s week view: Northstar, Studio and Personal events in their own colours, with the conflicts between them marked.

Separated by design

See what needs you. Each organization sees only itself.

Each Space has its own key, its own data and its own AI policy. Lightcourt combines them only on your device, and only into what needs you. There is no path from one company’s data to another’s.

Personal Own key · own data
Your device Combined here, for you only

Northstar, Studio and Personal each send only what needs you to your device. No arrow connects Northstar and Studio.

Northstar A company you work for

Can see

  • That Lightcourt is connected to Northstar’s own systems — its admins can see the connection.
  • What you do in Northstar’s systems, like a reply you send from Northstar mail.
  • Its own connection events: authorized, synced, revoked.
  • A time you propose for a Northstar meeting: its start and end.

Can’t see

  • Which other organizations or accounts you have connected.
  • Mail, chat, events or titles from Studio or Personal.
  • How many Spaces you have, or that any others exist.
  • Your drafts, searches, or what you looked at.

Studio A company you work for

Can see

  • That Lightcourt is connected to Studio’s own systems — its admins can see the connection.
  • What you do in Studio’s systems, like a reply you send from Studio mail.
  • Its own connection events: authorized, synced, revoked.
  • A time you propose for a Studio meeting: its start and end.

Can’t see

  • Which other organizations or accounts you have connected.
  • Mail, chat, events or titles from Northstar or Personal.
  • How many Spaces you have, or that any others exist.
  • Your drafts, searches, or what you looked at.

Lightcourt Us, as your vendor

Can see

  • Your account email and how you sign in.
  • Your plan, seats, invoices and whether they’re paid.
  • Opaque ids and dates, for support and billing.

Can’t see

  • The names of your Spaces, or how many you have.
  • Which apps or organizations you’ve connected.
  • Anything inside a Space: mail, chat, events or drafts.

Stripe Payments

Can see

  • Your account email, plan, seats and the amounts you pay.
  • Your card details — Stripe holds them, Lightcourt never does.

Can’t see

  • Your Space names, how many Spaces you have or which apps you connect.
  • The organizations you work for, or anything inside a Space.

Lightcourt cannot hide the fact that it exists as a vendor or that it was authorized in an organization’s own environment.

Works with what you use

Add an app to a Space and choose where it shows up. Each connection belongs to one Space, so the same app at two companies is two separate connections.

Every enterprise connector shows an Admin Visibility Preflight before you sign in.

Questions

Can my employer see my other clients?

No. An organization may see that Lightcourt is connected to its own systems, but it cannot see, query or infer which other organizations or accounts you have connected. Its admins can see the connection itself — Lightcourt doesn’t hide that.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your account moves to Free: one Space and two connected apps. Anything you already have stays readable — you just can’t add more until you choose a plan.

Do you copy events between my calendars?

No. Lightcourt doesn’t write a meeting, or even a generic Busy block, into another company’s calendar. Conflicts are shown to you, on your device.

Where do my companies get combined?

Only on your device. Each Space is fetched separately, and what needs you is combined in the app. No server returns more than one Space.

Does the AI read one company’s mail to help with another?

No. Every Space has its own model policy, and the default uses local rules only. A model working in Studio has no route to Northstar’s data.

Will my company’s admins know I connected it?

They can. Before you connect a work account, Lightcourt shows what that organization’s admins may see — the app’s name, the permissions it asked for and sign-in records — so you decide with the facts.

One place for your attention. Not one place for your data.
